QPREP CONTERO S and H are universally applicable ultra-fine grinding discs with a specially arranged inflexible grinding surface. The grinding elements consist of a reinforced composite matrix and are mounted on a stainless metal carrier. During the fine grinding process, diamond suspension is regularly fed to the disc, in this way the diamonds partially are implant in the functional surface. This leads to high stock removal rates and creates very low-deformation sample surfaces, which can be polished easily and efficiently afterwards.
